Low Cost ON-OFF SCR Solid State Contactor Power Controllers

The Avatar R1 Series units are solid state contactors used to replace single pole mercury or mechanical relays. There are no parts to mechanically wear out: Millions of operations can occur without failure. High/fast duty cycle will not damage the R1 series controllers. No arcing problems like with mechanical relays. Dust and dirt will not cause long term reliability failures.

Common coil voltages are used for operation:
5 VDC, 24 VAC, 24 VDC & 120 VAC.

R1 - 48 - 15 & R1 - 48 -25 use 3-32 VDC.

Full rated output at 55 degrees C ambient
temperature.

• Replaces mechanical and mercury relays
• Packages for 120V to 600V lines
• Input signal (coil voltage) 5-32 VDC, 24 VDC/VAC, 120 VAC
• Up to 60 Amp Output at 55 degrees C
• Optional Fusing
